No Great Schism a better first crusade?

So, what if there was no Great Schism would the first crusade/crusades take and keep the Holy Land? Lets say the Pope Leo IX and Michael Cerularius either kiss and make up or it doesn't get that bad in the first place. With the east and west more together how long could the middle east remain Christian?
Hope you know what I mean.

Doubt it'd affect things much either way, to be honest. It wasn't until post-1204 that relations between the Churches went really sour. The majority of the Byzantine/Latin friction was typical xenophobia and cultural contempt for one another, which is going to happen even without a 1054 schism.

If there a was a Great Schism there would be no Crusades as we know it, there might be efforts to help the Byzantines against the Turks but that's about it.

ya, it was more of a cultural conflict then a religious one

It didn't help that one of the primary crusader leaders was a Norman with a long history fighting the Romans. Really if you want better crusader Roman relations you need to change their leadership, the one they had didn't give a damn about working with the empire and was instead focuses on increasing their own holdings in a rich land which is unhelpful at best to the Romans.
