Presuming he tries to hold and the Russians decide to fight on he's going to have a fun job supplying a sizeable force so deep in hostile territory, especially with the poor logistics and relative poverty of the country. [One of the reasons Napoleon took such efforts on logistical supply was because he realised that the country couldn't support the sort of living off the land normally used by French armies of the time].

Provided that the Russians fight on and given their general reaction to foreign invaders and British support I don't see why not, Russia could be the Spanish ulcer write larger. Coupled with the continued resistance of the Russian army that could be a task that breaks the French empire even without unrest elsewhere.

Especially since the Russians were generally going with a scorched earth policy to make it even harder for Napoleon's army to live off the land.
