No Black Death in England

So, let's say the black death, for whatever reason, does not reach England. Or if it does it is very light. What could this mean for the serfs and the 100 years war?
Your thoughts?

It's a difficult thing. England did a lot of trade with the continent so the opportunities for Contagion are legion. But for the purposes of discussion:

The Black Death probably facilitated the Enclosures in England, concentrating capital. I don't know how powerful English nobility became afterwards but this should reduce the concentration.

Also, there will still be some die off. The climate is changing and crops will become gradually less productive leading to more food problems.

The black death helped to finish off the feudal system. Overnight there was a severe labor shortage, and peasants had mobility. Towns (free from enfeoffment) welcomed new workers, and even nobility would take migrant peasants offering better conditions because they were desperate for labor, as land with no workers had no value - could not even be sold to raise cash. Once peasants were no longer bound to the land, and mobility became established, feudalism was on the way out. If England does not have this die off (actually several waves of plague), then you may see feudalism last longer which will be a bad thing for England as they will not have an edge when mercantilism hits.
