No Battle of the Bulge, Eastern front instead?

What would have happened if Hitler had decided against an attack in the west in the autumn of 1944, and sent the armies east instead?

Well Guderian for one goes down on his knees and thanks the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster for small mercies. The Soviet winter offensive that breaks the front open doesn't happen quite the same way. It might extend the war by about a month perhaps.
 
Similar to Operation Spring Awakening, the Soviets get caught off guard by the Germans complete stupidity, then slaughter them.
