No Austin? No Problem.- A WWF Timelime

Build to No Way Out of Texas: In Your House 1998

New Commissioner Picture
Vince McMahon would quickly address the questions surrounding the Royal Rumble. He stated that first, Owen Hart coming out first was purely luck of the draw, and it didn't even matter that much considering he still went onto win the whole thing anyway. Second, him entering the Rumble at Number 30 was due to Hawk being unable to compete and he was the replacement. And last but not least, Sgt. Slaughter has officially retire as Commissioner of the WWF. Vince quickly would introduce his son Shane McMahon to the audience, saying that another McMahon was needed to fill the role as big as Commissioner. Before long however, glass would shatter and out came Stone Cold Steve Austin who hadn't been seen since Summerslam 1997. He would state that Sgt. Slaughter would name a successor to the job, a clause he had in his contract, the very contract written by Vince McMahon. The successor was none other than Stone Cold himself, who would deliver a Stunner to Shane, before flipping off Vince.

WWF Title Picture
Following escaping the Royal Rumble with his title still in hand, Shawn Michaels claimed that he was 'the best there was, the best there is, and the best there will be' and saying that at Wrestlemania he will gladly make Owen Hart tap out, like he clearly made Bret Hart tap out at Survivor Series. However, before he could focus on Owen and Wrestlemania, Paul Bearer and Kane would come down to the ring stating that a simple mind game caused Kane from winning the Rumble, and that Kane will be officially challenging for the title. However, Commissioner Austin would come out and state that nothing is given and everything is earned, which is why a Fatal Four Way would be determined for the #1 Contendership. Kane would defeat The Rock, Bradshaw and Vader in an almost dominating fashion to get his desired title shot. The weeks would spend Kane chasing off Shawn Michaels, before mysterious promos or mind games would happen. Including, the lights shutting off and when they came back on Paul Bearer wouldn't be seen. Another included both men's names on Tombstones that appeared at ringside. Kane would seem to not be affected by the mind games, while Paul Bearer was deathly afraid. During the Go-Home show of Raw, Shawn Michaels would actually call Kane out, and while he was making his way to the ring, The New Age Outlaws would jump him from behind as Michaels would introduce them as the new members of D-X. Shawn would then hit Kane with a Sweet Chin Music, only for him to sit up near seconds later, scaring the three men off.

Owen Hart's Path to Shawn Michaels Picture
It was clear to everyone and anyone that Owen Hart only wanted one thing since Survivor Series and that was to get his hands on the man who played a role in the Montreal Screwjob. After winning the Rumble, it was clear that he was one step closer. Or so he thought. Triple H, Shawn's best friend, made it clear that as long as he was around he wouldn't becoming close to Michaels. He would spend weeks ambushing Hart from behind before his matches, and lying him out with a Pedigree. Triple H would brag about how he had bested Owen so many times, maybe he should be facing the Champion at Wrestlemania. Commissioner Austin would come out and state that he had an idea to appease him. He'd face off against Owen Hart at the next PPV, and if he won he would be added to the match. That's when Owen Hart would jump Triple H from behind, nailing him with a series of chair shots as Austin would inform both men that the match would be a Street Fight. As much as Triple H had the upperhand on Owen, he'd come back by ambushing Triple H with a series of weapons in the final weeks going up to the PPV.

Tag Team Championship Picture
The New Age Outlaws would boast about how there was nobody in the company to stop them, how it was probably time for both men to move onto Singles Action. However, a Battle Royale would be scheduled between a number of Tag Teams to determine who would face them at the PPV. The match would be won by two Nation Members of Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown. The weeks leading up would see The New Age Outlaws mock both men, calling Henry fat and then pretending to forget who Brown even was. The Nation would respond by having all four members attack the Outlaws only for them to scurry away with the titles. A match was quickly scheduled between the champs and The Rock and Kama Mustafa. The New Age Outlaws would pick up the victory, after Vader would come down to the ring and hit The Rock with a Powerbomb while the ref was down. They would then brag how if they already pinned the leader of The Nation, then how did two nobody lackeys stand a chance against them?

Terry Funk Wants The Old Mick Foley Picture
Terry Funk surprised everyone when he debuted during the Royal Rumble, and even more so with his ringside beat down of former rival Mick Foley with a trashcan. Funk would explain his actions saying that Foley was a shell of his former self. The three faces of Foley were jokes. One was a man who lived in a sewer, and the other who was chick magnet. Foley wasn't either of those and he needed to get back to his old self. The man that in Japan would take himself to the limit in Deathmatches. Mankind would come out to the ring, and say that he should beat the living hell out of Funk for what he did at the Rumble. But those kind of actions weren't allowed in the WWF, he was a more controlled man and that he does want revenge, just not how Terry Funk wanted it. A match would be scheduled for the two, with Funk trying to plead his case for a Hardcore match to Commissioner Austin, but it would remain a Singles Match.

The Rock vs. Vader Picture
The Rock and Vader would both miss out on a chance to face WWF Champion Shawn Michaels, as both men would be brawling on the outside when Kane pinned Bradshaw. The tension between both men would continue when The Rock would Rock Bottom Vader after the bell was rung. It continued on when The Rock began to verbally cut into Vader calling him an old has been, and that it's time someone took out the trash. The Nation would ambush Vader from behind backstage, before The Rock would plant him through a catering table with a Rock Bottom. Vader wouldn't be seen until he costed The Nation a match with The New Age Outlaws. From there, he would attack members one by one backstage, until the four of them would stick together. Vader then quickly challenged The Rock to a match, to show how weak of a leader and wrestler he was, which The Rock accepted with a beatdown by The Nation, before putting him through the announce table.

Tazz vs. Bradshaw Picture
Bradshaw was anything but a humble Superstar. After losing his shot at the title, he would verbally destroy the fans saying that they were cheering idiots like Owen Hart or people from other companies like the midget Tazz or Grandpa Terry Funk, when they should be cheering for a Wrestling God like himself. Tazz wouldn't take the words lying down, and would come down to the ring before Suplexing Bradshaw out of it. Tazz would continue to stop Bradshaw promos of taking shots at the fans and other wrestlers, before he'd officially challenge him to a match. Bradshaw would come out with an injury, having his arm in a cast saying that Tazz's last suplex injured him, and he should be fired for being such a lunatic. As Tazz turned to leave, Bradshaw reeled him back in and would clothesline him with the cast, before tearing it off and accepting his match at the PPV.

Author's Notes:
Right, so liked how this PPV turned out and things will be shaping up for Mania already. Also, Tyson will be used in a program that won't be the Brawl-4-All. As much as a match between him and Butterbean would be exciting, it's a wrestling company so he'll be used in that sense somehow. So as always, enjoy the update.

No Way Out of Texas: In Your House 1998 Results
1. The New Age Outlaws (c) vs. Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown- Tag Team Match for Tag Team Championships

The champions would keep the early advantage by keeping D'Lo in their corner by keeping him away from Henry to tag him in. The two would go for a double move, only for D'Lo to counter into a double DDT and then tag in Henry. From there, Henry would use his size advantage to control the champions and as he looked to finish things off quickly with a splash off the ropes onto Billy Gunn, Road Dogg would hit him from behind on the apron. Gunn would then hit a series of leg drops on the big man, and would make a cover only for D'Lo to break up the pin. The teams would begin to brawl onto the outside of the ring, where Road Dogg would be taken out with a splash by Henry and D'Lo would be taken out by being thrown over the announce table by Billy Gunn. It'd be down to Henry and Gunn, where Henry would keep the advantage thanks to his size, before long Gunn would hit a low blow the ref would miss, and then nail Henry with his Fame Asser for the 3 count.
Winners and STILL Tag Team Champions: The New Age Outlaws

2. Jeff Jarrett (c) vs. Steve Blackman- Singles Match for European Championship
The start of the match would start off slow between the two men, with a series of chain wrestling where Blackman would surprisingly get the upperhand most of the times. Before long however, Jarrett would begin to target Blackman's legs with a series of chops and knee breakers, trying to take away his chance of hitting any kicks. However, Blackman would fight through the pain and begin to make the comeback still using kicks, including a bicycle kick that would send Jarrett into the ref, knocking him down while Blackman would follow up with another kick to send Jarrett over the top rope. Blackman would follow him outside to try to roll him back in, only to be hit in the back of the head by someone in the stands! The camera would show Jim Cornette with his famous tennis racket. Jarrett would come to and roll Blackman into the ring, and make the cover as the ref was back to, and would make the 3 count. After the match, Cornette would hand Jarrett his European Championship and the two began to celebrate.
Winner and STILL European Champion: Jeff Jarrett

3. The Rock vs. Vader- Singles Match
The Nation would waste no time in attacking Vader, during his entrance all four men would come rushing down the aisle and they would begin to put the beat down to him. They would send him crashing into the ring side steps before the post, before finally rolling him in, where The Rock would let him no time to recover, and the ref had no choice but to ring the bell to get the match underway. The Rock would continue the assault on Vader by nailing him with a Spinebuster, that would get only a 2 count to The Nation's surprise. Rock would begin stomping away at him, for the ref to pull him back to stop the DQ Count. The Rock would again try to stomp away at him, but Vader would counter with a Forearm smash. The Rock would stumble and Vader would quickly nail him with a scoop slam that would get a 2 count. Vader would try to keep the advantage only for Kama Mustafa to jump onto the apron, and Vader would knock him off with a forearm smash, but The Rock would still use it to hit a low blow while the ref was arguing with the members at ringside. He'd then try to go for Vader's own Powerbomb, only to be countered with a Back body drop into The Nation at ringside. Vader would grab him and throw him into the ring, climbing up to the top rope ready for a splash, only for The Rock to catch him into a Rock Bottom for the 3 count and win.
Winner: The Rock

4. Triple H vs. Owen Hart- Street Fight, if Owen Hart loses, Triple H is added to the Wrestlemania 14's Main Event.
Another prematch ambush would happen, as Hart would jump Triple H from behind during his entrance, sending him crashing into the steps, and following up reigning punches down onto him as the ref would immediately call for the bell. Hart would keep his advantage by irish whipping Triple H all over the arena, into the apron/post/barricade. He'd quickly get things underway with a chair. He'd start bashing Triple H with it, before he'd set up for a Piledriver onto it, only for Triple H to counter with a back body drop onto the floor. Triple H would get his advantage, using the same chair to batter Hart with it, as he'd try for a Pedigree onto the chair, only for Hart to counter with a low blow, and then a DDT onto the chair. He'd roll his body into the ring, and make the cover, only for the 2 count. Hart would try to get the Sharpshooter locked in, only for Triple H to push him off into the ropes, then catch him into a Spinebuster for a 2 count. He'd then get cocky trying to lock Owen in his own Sharpshooter, mimicking Survivor Series 1997, only for Owen to reverse it into a roll up, that would get a close 2 count. The two would trade the upperhand, until Triple H would get the upperhand with a trash can. The two would spill onto the outside, where Triple H would suplex Owen onto the announce table, only for it not to break. Triple H would climb to the top rope and would take a page out of Shawn Michaels handbook using an elbow drop, only for Owen to avoid it. Triple H would crash through it, and Owen would roll him into the ring, hooking a leg, only for a 2 count. Owen would be in disbelief, before rolling out onto the outside getting out a table, as he'd set it up, Triple H would hit him the back with a chair, before hooking him for a Pedigree. He'd make the cover, only for Owen to kick out much to the shock of Triple H. As he'd argue with the ref, Owen would slowly crawl to the trash can, and he'd throw it at Triple H, knocking him down. He'd slowly get back to his feet and hook Triple H for a piledriver onto the trash can. He'd hook both legs for the 3 count and the victory.
Winner: Owen Hart

5. Terry Funk vs. Mankind- Singles Match
The match would never start officially, as Terry Funk would wait in the ring for his opponent, Mankind would hit him from behind with a Steel Chair, reigning down the blows onto his back and head, as Funk would keep trying to get back up. Mankind would quickly pull out another chair, and he'd set them both up to suplex Funk onto both of them. He'd quickly pull his mask off, before ripping away his tie and his shirt, to reveal his Cactus Jack attire! He'd then nail Funk with a Double Hook DDT onto one of the chairs, before finally leaving the ring as Funk would be checked on.
No Contest

6. Tazz vs. Bradshaw- Singles Match
The match would start with Bradshaw trying to go for a quick clothesline, only for Tazz to duck it and nail a German Suplex. Tazz would keep the offensive going, nailing a series of German and Belly to Belly suplexes, while he'd make a quick cover only for a 2 count. Tazz would try to go for the series of Suplexes, but Bradshaw would counter with an elbow before nailing a sidewalk slam. He wouldn't go for the cover as he'd start to stomp away at Tazz, nearly being DQed for ignoring the refs count. He'd back Tazz into a corner where he'd set him up for a Superplex, but Tazz would counter with a series of punches to push him off the top rope. Tazz would go for an elbow drop, only for Bradshaw to roll out of the way and he'd bounce off the ropes, looking for a massive clothesline, only for Tazz to duck it and quickly hook in the Tazmission from behind, and before long Bradshaw would tap out.
Winner: Tazz

7. Shawn Michaels (c) vs. Kane- Singles Match for WWF Championship
Michaels would start the match off doing anything to avoid actually matching up with Kane, teasing a lock up only to back off and roll out of the ring. He'd walk around the ring as the ref would begin to count, trying to get back in, only to see Kane in the way. He'd then put his hands up and shrug him off, going to grab his belt and walk away. But Kane wouldn't allow it, following him up the ramp, he'd grab him from behind and hurl him back into the ring. Kane would keep the upperhand by slamming the Champion down with a series of sidewalk slams, powerslams and bodyslams. He'd quickly begin to call for the Chokeslam, only for Michaels to land on his feet behind him, and quickly roll him up, only to get a 2 count. Michaels would once again roll out of the ring and try to walk out on the match, but Kane would again follow through this time sending him crashing into the ring post instead. He'd pick Michaels up onto his shoulder and nail a Snake Eyes onto the apron, and he'd roll him in, making a cover only for a 2 count. He'd quickly get Michaels around the throat for a Chokeslam, only for his feet to be grabbed by someone outside, The New Age Outlaws would save Michaels and pull Kane out of the ring, as the ref called for the bell! They would send him into the barricade, before back into the ring where Michaels would hit him with a Sweet Chin Music. The three man began to celebrate, only for Kane to sit up the horror of the 3, as they'd try to beat him down, he'd fight back nailing both of them with a Big Boot as Michaels high tailed it out of the ring. He'd then nail both Billy Gunn and Road Dogg with a Tombstone. Kane would then go for his famous pyro, only for the lights to go out instead. When they came back on, a coffin would be at ringside. Kane would slowly approach it, and throw it open, the Undertaker would be in it, as his eyes would shoot open, he'd sit up to the dismay of Kane and Paul Bearer, he'd climb out and quickly hook Kane by the throat for a Chokeslam. The show would fade to back with Undertaker doing his famous Throat Cut.
Winner: Kane, however STILL WWF Champion: Shawn Michaels

Author's Notes:

Not much to say other than things are officially starting for Wrestlemania. I was thinking of having Triple H win to make an interesting tension in D-X storyline, but decided to keep the Owen and Michaels program a 1-on-1 incident. So enjoy the newest update.

Well Shawn still being a massive dickhead at this time will create all the tension needed to get a extreme schism over as must see tv.

Build to Wrestlemania 14

WWF Title Picture

Owen Hart's time to get revenge for his brother Bret would finally come at Wrestlemania 14. After winning the Rumble and keeping Triple H out of the title match, it would be a one on one affair between the two men. D-X would spend the weeks running down everything that the Hart family had accomplished. Saying that Bret went running down south just because he had to do the job to someone more talented. Owen would come out to defend his brother's honor, stating that he left the company because Vince was handing everything to divas like Shawn. The verbal affairs wouldn't last for long, as they'd escalate to physical encounters. Michaels and The New Age Outlaws would beat down Owen, and Shawn would hold the title in front of Owen, stating that will be the closest he will ever get to the top. Vince McMahon would try to get involved, stating that he needed to make sure that the right thing would happen. However, Commissioner Austin would come out and state that due to the shenanigans that happened when Vince went to ringside at Survivor Series, no-one will be allowed at ringside, and if anyone does come out, Michaels would be forced to vacate the title. The Go-Home show of Raw would see Vince invite Owen out to the ring and gave him a live microphone. Owen would spend the time, running down Vince about everything he did to the Hart family over the years. Stating that the only reason WCW is winning in the ratings war, is because of Vince allowing his top talents to walk away such as Bret. He continued stating that if he had any control of the locker room, the screwjob wouldn't have happened. Owen then would make Vince give him his word that nothing similar would happen at Wrestlemania, which Vince would slowly nod his head yes, giving his word that it wouldn't happen again.

Mike Tyson's Wrestlemania Picture
The Raw following the PPV, Vince McMahon would introduce world famous boxer Mike Tyson. As he was addressing the fans, D-X would ruin the party and quickly would begin to insult Tyson saying that boxers aren't as tough as they seem. "All they do is just dance around and throw like, 3 punches." Was Triple H's words wouldn't sit well with Tyson, who tried to charge at D-X only to be held back while they mocked them. Later on in the night, Triple H would defend his Intercontinental Championship against Ken Shamrock, and while it looked like Triple H would retain, Tyson would jump the barricade and it'd be enough to distract Triple H to allow Shamrock get the win and the title. The following week, Triple H would call Tyson out for a confrontation, but he'd no show. The following week, Triple H would come out again but this time he'd just say watch the titantron which played a video of him attacking Tyson's promoter Don King. That'd get Tyson's attention when the following week he'd come out during Triple H's rematch with Shamrock, and he'd punch Triple H out, before challenging him to a match at Wrestlemania. Triple H would respond saying that he'd accepted but it wouldn't be a boxing match it'd be a Street Fight, so he can kick his ass in many ways. Tyson would accept with another punch.

Undertaker Finally Faces His Brother Kane Picture

Undertaker's return at the PPV to attack his brother Kane would see him officially accept Kane's challenge for a match between the two of them. Undertaker would state that as much as it pained him to face his own flesh and blood, he needed to rid the evil in his brother. Weeks would be spent with Kane dominating his opponents, sending a message to the Undertaker. The Undertaker did everything in his power to avoid his brother until their match, which included showing up to the Grave site of their parents, telling them that as much as he'd like to avoid facing Kane, he had to do it for their family history. Kane would eventually get his hands on the Undertaker on the Go-Home show of Raw, tombstoning Undertaker during his entrance with a scheduled match with Vader, before shooting off pyro and taunting over Undertaker's body.

Intercontinental Championship Picture
After Shamrock's win over Triple H, The Nation would quickly turn their attention on him. The leader The Rock wanted the group to get their hands on every title possible, stating that Shamrock's Intercontinental title was first in line. The Rock would face Steve Blackman for the #1 Contendership to the title, and would get a dominating victory over him. Shamrock would come out to the ring and would raise the title in The Rock's face, which The Rock would return a Rock Bottom in return. The weeks would see The Nation ambush Shamrock a numerous of times, before Shamrock got his revenge by attacking Kama Mustafa, locking him in the Ankle Lock which would see him be injured in it. The Rock would return the favor by again ambushing Shamrock, and planting him through the Announce Table with a Rock Bottom, sending a message of dominance to the champion for Wrestlemania.

European Championship Picture
The new alliance between Jeff Jarrett and Jim Cornette would see the two brag about Jarrett's European Reign, stating that it wouldn't take long for Jarrett to become duel champion. They'd host an Open Challenge to show how much of a dominant champion he was. Tazz would come out and accept, which would see him lock Jarrett in the Tazzmission, but Cornette would save the day by hitting Tazz with his tennis racket, before the two would scurry away. Tazz would challenge Jarrett to a rematch without Cornette to bail him out, but Jarrett refused stating that he wasn't worthy of being in the same ring as himself. Tazz would respond himself by attacking Cornette backstage, locking him in the Tazzmission. That would get Jarrett to accept, before he'd attack Tazz from behind with his signature guitar. Posing with the title and the broken instrument.

Tag Team Titles Picture

Even with their loss at the PPV, The Nation still had their eyes on the tag team titles. The Rock would challenge The New Age Outlaws to a rematch, but they'd refuse saying they lost clean and they needed to get in the back of the line. The Nation wouldn't take the words lying down, with Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown dominating the tag team picture, before they would defeat the returning Legion of Doom in a #1 Contendership match. The champions would attack them after their match, planting D'Lo through the announce table with a Powerbomb. The duo would return the favor by attacking them backstage, putting both men through catering tables thanks to Mark Henry's power. The Nation would challenge them to a Tables Match at Wrestlemania which they'd accept.

The Hardcore War Picture
After Cactus Jack's emergence at the PPV, he'd bring back hardcore to the WWF. After a match with Bart Gunn, he'd attack him with a barbed wire bat, stating that he's ready to get the WWF into an era of violence and hardcore. It wasn't long before Terry Funk would return to attack Jack, bashing him with a trashcan, before planting him through a table. The two would exchange brutal attacks with weapons, that would include Trash Cans/Tables/Chairs and even a wrench at one point in the Parking Lot while Funk was leaving. Commissioner Austin would cause things to stop between the two, causing them to have a no contract clause to stop the violence and he'd appease both men at with a match at Wrestlemania which would be hardcore.

Bradshaw vs. Steve Blackman Picture
Bradshaw would ignore his loss at the PPV, acting like it never happened and he never faced Tazz. After defeating Savio Vega, in which he'd get massive Boos from the fans. He'd get a chair and sit in the middle of the ring, telling the fans he wasn't going anywhere until they cheered him. He'd sit back and get comfortable while they drowned him in boos, but before long Steve Blackman would come out with his trusty kendo stick and would drive Bradshaw off. Bradshaw would return the favor, costing him a match with Vader. Before dropping him with a massive Clothesline. A match between the two men was quickly scheduled for them at Wrestlemania.

Author's Notes:
Right, liked how the Mania card turned out and Tyson was either going to be the ref for the Main Event or in a program with Triple H. I decided to do the program with Triple H since the only reason he worked OTL in the title picture was because of Austin, and obviously he wasn't apart of it. So enjoy the update as always.

Mike Tyson's Wrestlemania Picture
It an be like the 2000 RR Street fight, the battle would put Triple H over...but i think Haich will get a humble pie in the way a tyson punch.

The rest is a fine mania and austin playing a badass commisioner, good.

Wrestlemania 14 Results
1. Cactus Jack vs. Terry Funk- Hardcore Match
The two men stare each other down from their corners as the bell rings, before they both roll out of the ring and get their signature weapons. Jack gets his barbed wire bat and Funk gets a trash can. The two quickly charge each other but both only get air as they both duck, before turning around and again swinging but this time the weapons clash with each other. They back up, unsure what to do with the stalemate before Funk tries to haul the trash can at Jack, who ducks just in time. Funk's eyes widen from realizing he's defenseless and Jack swings for the fences, but Funk ducks and hits Jack with a low blow causing him to drop the bat. Funk hooks Jack's head looking for a DDT onto the bat, but Jack shoves him off and catches him with a knee off the rebound. Jack keeps the upperhand keeping Funk on the mats with a series of attacks, before he picks up Funk's favorite in the Trash Can and nails it over the head of the proned Funk. He then drops it and quickly nails a suplex onto the steel, before hooking a leg. Funk kicks out at 2 though, as Jack quickly rolls out of the ring he gets a chair from underneath the ring, and then another one, throwing both into the ring. He sets them up in the middle of the ring, and looks to slam Funk onto them, but Funk wiggles away and gives Jack a drop toe hold face first into one of the chairs. Funk then returns the favor bashing Jack over the head with the Trash Can. It was Funk's turn to get a new weapon out of the ring and he quickly gets a Ladder, much to the excitement of the crowd. He puts it over his shoulders, doing his signature helicopter spin with it, but Jack avoids it and quickly gives Funk his own drop toe hold, causing his face to smash off the inside of the ladder. Another close 2 count for Funk, Jack would set the ladder up and he'd climb it before turning around and leaps off going for an elbow drop, only for Funk to roll out of the way. Funk would begin to get the upperhand using the two chairs from earlier to bloody Jack. Funk would then nail a piledriver onto one of the chairs, and would hook a leg only to get a 2 count. Funk would quickly get a table out from underneath the ring, sliding it in and setting it up in the corner, he'd hook Jack for a Suplex, only for him to block it and reverse it sending Funk crashing through the table. As Funk looked out cold, Jack wouldn't go for a pin and would roll out of the ring bringing in a sack, which he'd empty hundreds of thumbtacks into the ring. He'd pick Funk up putting him up onto the top rope, looking for a Superplex through the thumbtacks, but Funk would block it with a series of punches, before shoving Jack off and into the pile of thumbtacks! Jack rolls around in agony and Funk would quickly turn around and nail a moonsault onto the prone body of Jack in the thumbtacks! He'd hook both legs to get the 3 count, and the victory.
Winner: Terry Funk

2. Bradshaw vs. Steve Blackman- Singles Match
The start of the match would see Blackman get the early advantage thanks to his kicks, targeting Bradshaw's legs early trying to take him off his base. Bradshaw would get back in it, countering a corner attack with a series of elbows to the side of Blackman's head, before dropping him with a quick sidewalk slam to get a 2 count. Bradshaw would quickly get the advantage with a series of slams and getting close counts for each of them. Blackman would begin to rally back, again using his kicks to take advantage, and as he was going for the end with a bicycle kick, Bradshaw would duck it and he'd connect with the ref instead. Bradshaw would then hit Blackman with a low blow, before rolling out of the ring and grabbing a chair. He'd smash Blackman over the head with it, before decking him with a massive clothesline, and he'd get the 3 count as the ref came to.
Winner: Bradshaw

3. Jeff Jarrett (c) vs. Tazz- Singles Match for European Championship
Jarrett would start the match off by avoiding Tazz. He'd roll out of the ring and quickly grab his title, looking as if he was about to walk out already. But Tazz would make the interception, hitting a massive Belly to Belly suplex onto the ramp. Cornette would try to get involved, but Tazz would quickly deal with him by hitting him with his own suplex. The action would get back into the ring, as Tazz began to control the champion with a variation of Suplexes, trying to get pins off every one, but Jarrett would kick out. Jarrett would get back into things, raking the eyes before Tazz could hit another Suplex, then hitting him with a chop block. Jarrett would target the legs, hitting chop blocks and knee breakers, before he'd lock Tazz into the Figure Four. Tazz would reverse it and as Cornette got onto the apron, he'd let go and would again knock him off with a punch. He'd turn around into Jarrett trying to hit him with the title, but Tazz would duck it and reel him in with the Tazzmission. Jarrett would try to squirm out of it but eventually would tap out.
Winner and NEW European Champion: Tazz

4. The New Age Outlaws (c) vs. Mark Henry and D'Lo Brown- Tables Match for Tag Team Championships
The start of the match would see the Outlaws use dirty tactics to get the early advantage, hitting Henry with a low blow, before working D'Lo over with a 2-on-1 assault. They'd quickly try to end things, throwing him to the outside of the ring and as Billy Gunn would get him up for a Powerbomb, Road Dogg would set up a table, but Henry would make the save before they could send him through it. Henry would even things up with his strength advantage, taking both the Outlaws down with a series of slams, before he'd place Road Dogg onto a table and D'Lo would climb up, looking for a frogsplash, but Billy Gunn would make the save, catching D'Lo into a Superplex. The Outlaws would then start double teaming Henry, as Road Dogg would brutalize him with a chair. They'd then turn their attention to D'Lo as Gunn would hit him with a Fameasser. Road Dogg would set up a table into a corner, as they would hook him for a double suplex through it, D'Lo would then counter it into a double DDT instead. Henry would get back into the ring, hitting Road Dogg with a splash, and D'Lo would set the table up in the middle of the ring. Henry would hook Gunn for a Bodyslam through the table, but Road Dogg would make the save with a low blow, but D'Lo would take both men out with a double clothesline, before throwing Gunn out of the ring, he'd then place Dogg onto the table and Henry would nail him with a series of punches to keep him there, as D'Lo would nail Dogg with a Frogsplash through the table to win the match!

5. Triple H vs. Mike Tyson- Street Fight
The two would start with a staredown in the middle of the ring, as Triple H would then hit Tyson with a kick to the midsection, and he'd hook him for the Pedigree, but Tyson would counter with a back body drop. Triple H would quickly get back up, to barely duck a punch from Tyson in time as he'd spin him around and try to go for a Spinebuster, but Tyson would counter with a kick to the groin, dropping Triple H. Tyson would get on top of him, trying to reign down blows but Triple H would cover up before shoving Tyson off. The two would get back to their feet as another staredown would ensue, but this time Triple H would drop out of the ring before getting a chair from ringside. He'd try to get Tyson to make the first move, but he wouldn't and Triple H would improvise by throwing the chair and catching Tyson square in the face with it. He'd get back into the ring, and would go to smack Tyson over the face with it, but Tyson would reverse with a low blow, and then would kick Triple H down low, trying to hook him for his own finisher of the Pedigree, but Triple H would block it and return the favor with his own low blow. Triple H would then hit a Spinebuster, and hook a leg but Tyson would kick out at 2. Triple H would pick the chair up from earlier and would nail Tyson over the face with it, and would again hook a leg for a cover, but would only get a 2 count. He'd then throw him out of the ring, and would begin to take the announce table covering off, and as he'd throw Tyson onto the table, he'd hook him for the Pedigree, but again Tyson would block it and send him crashing through the other announce table with a back body drop. Tyson would roll Triple H into the ring, and make his own cover but wouldn't be enough only getting his own 2 count. Tyson would begin to smack Triple H with the chair over the back, but before he could do real damage, Chyna would climb onto the apron to distract Tyson. Triple H would then roll out of the ring, and as Tyson would follow him, Triple H would dodge a chair attack before shoving him into the steps. Triple H would then nail him with a Spinebuster onto the exposed steel base, and would roll Tyson into the ring and would again only get a 2 count to his own surprise. Triple H would roll out of the ring, and he'd pull out a Sledgehammer from underneath the ring, much to the shock of the announcers and he'd line Tyson up, but Tyson would duck the attack and would hit Triple H with a quick Snap suplex. He'd then line Triple H for a punch, but again Chyna would distract him, but before long Don King would jump the barricade, being seen since Triple H's street attack on him. He'd pull Chyna off and send her into the barricade. Tyson would then nail Triple H in the face with a punch, hooking both legs in a cover. Triple H would shockingly kick out at 2 though, as Tyson thought that'd be enough to put him away. King would then slide Tyson a new chair, and he'd line Triple H up but he'd nail another low blow to block the attack. King would try to get involved, but Triple H would quickly dispose of him with a Pedigree. Tyson would again try to line up a punch, but Triple H would counter and would nail Tyson with his own Pedigree, making the cover. But Tyson would just get his shoulders up in time. Triple H would begin to argue with the ref, before turning around into a Spear from Tyson, that would send Triple H into the ref. Tyson wouldn't even notice the ref being knocked down, and he'd again nail Triple H with 1-2 combo, making the cover, but no ref to count. As he'd try to get the ref back up, Chyna would be back up and would slide Brass Knuckles into the ring, Triple H would nail Tyson across the face with them, before hooking him for a Pedigree directly onto a chair, and would then hook both legs, as the ref would slowly count to 3, giving Triple H the victory!

He'd converse with his Nation stablemates, before all 4 of them would slowly surround the ring, as Shamrock would look confused trying to defend every angle, and as Kama looked he was about to get into the ring, Shamrock would take the fake and the other 3 Nation members would get off the apron and The Rock would pounce from behind, he'd stomp Shamrock down, before the ref would pull him away. The Rock would back off as Shamrock slowly got back to his feet and Rock would quickly hook him up for a Samoan Drop, but Shamrock would block it with a series of punches to the side of the head, and would land behind him, nailing him with a massive German Suplex. Winner and NEW WWF Champion: Owen Hart

Author's Notes:

Right, liked how this Mania ended up. The two matches I had flipped flopped on was Funk/Foley and Tyson/Triple H. I gave it to Funk as the newcomer needed the win as Foley is an already established guy. And I was considering Tyson to get the victory for the feel good moment, but when it comes to celebrity matches, the wrestler should always win, no matter who the celebrity is. That's my personal opinion. And also for the main event, considering Michaels tapping out to a Hart at Mania would be considered ASB, I decided to do the irony of Owen beating him with his own finishing manuever as that's what Michaels did to Bret. So as always enjoy the update.
