New Soviet-aligned regimes in a continuing cold war?

Assuming that the Soviet Union does not fall and the cold war continues up until the present day, with both superpowers seeking to avoid confrontation and adventures that would annoy the other and with a Soviet economy that muddles along, neither collapsing nor excelling - do people have any ideas for what regimes would seek to align themselves with the Soviets? Any? None?

Personally, I don't see the Soviet bloc growing at all if the cold war continued. Indeed, depending on how you looked at it, it could shrink as China's prestige rose among the Communist states through the 90s and 00s.

Though perhaps Venezuela and Bolivia might be seen as "Soviet aligned"?

Or another thought: Libya is pushed closer to the Soviets and is seen as more "socialist" than "rogue state".

Though I have a hard time seeing Qaddafi letting that happen.

Either Iran or Saudi Arabia could go that way. OTL Saudi Arabia is very unhappy about the current, minor thaw in US-Iranian relations, but it's not like they have anywhere to go. Likewise, many Iranians are still distrustful of the US, but they need to make a deal to end the sanctions, and again, have no real alternative. If the Soviets are still a going concern, one of them could align with the USSR.

Likewise, India and Pakistan are both still at odds, but both want/need US support; there could be an opening there (although you could argue if India going pro-Soviet counts as a "new" Soviet-aligned regime, given that they more or less were during the OTL Cold War). More generally, wherever there are two nations at odds, there is an opportunity.
