New Brest-Litovsk Treaty?

How can we make the Brest-Litovsk Treaty reactivated in Second World War? This means Germany owns Poland, Belarus, the Baltic states, and Ukraine. To be fair, Russia will be given free hand for the East (the Asian continent).

Now, the sides must be the Third Reich and Soviet Union, but their leaders don't have to be Hitler and Stalin.

Double point if you can make them ally with each other, either willingly, one side as puppet, or something forced them to do it.
Even if you think your solution is ASB, please feel free to put it in the thread anyway.

Thanks!

Nazi Germany developing nuclear weapons combined with much vaster Stalinist purges in the thirties and a much saner Barbaorssa, maybe with a smattering of fascist Britain.

I actually thought that the Soviets did at one point offer a Brest-Litovsk Treaty 2.0 . . . But this was when Hitler still thought Germany could totally conquer the Soviet Union so it was rejected without hesitation.

Then when Germany's fortunes went bad, Germany was all "Are you still interested in that peace treaty?"

But by then, the Germans were clearly losing so the Soviets just laughed and pressed on.

Or am I just grossly misinformed?

From what I understand there where at least four, I guess someone should really check the archives out. There are the two you mentioned with the first apparently being in a last desperate effort for Stalin to buy more time. The second apparently being after Stalingrad where the Germans realised this sort of peace was now the best they could hope to gain. Apparently the Soviets offered Status quo ante bellum before Kursk although there's a theory that this wasn't very serious and was mainly meant to scare the Allies into increasing lend lease supplies. Hitler also allegedly considered or maybe even offered a peace where both countries would revert to 1914 borders in August 1944 but this was just him fantasising, the Soviets had basically already gained thsi territory anyway and the war was so clearly over that there was little advantage in Stalin' (sorry).
