Negotiated Peace in 1918 ends WWI?

Assume, for whatever reason, that the United States never enters the war. Then, the Central Powers and Bolsheviks sign the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, as OTL. The influx of German men, munitions, etc, from the eastern front allows the Germans to move the front forward against the French. By the end of the year, the war ends in a negotiated peace.

My questions:

  • What are the terms of the treaty, beyond recognition of Germany's eastern gains?
  • What happens to those eastern territories?
  • How does this effect the Russian Civil War?
  • What does this mean for politics and the homefront in France and Britain?
  • How much longer can the United States remain isolated?
  • How much longer can Austria-Hungary hold together? More broadly, what happens in these countries post-war?
My apologies if this exact scenario has been asked before. The Search is not working for me.
