Need help in building a timeline

I'm trying to build a timeline for a friend's story, but with already defined events on it. The events are:

- Soviet Union manages to keep the missiles on Cuba
- United States wins the Vietnam War
- No hippy movement
- No Pinochet coup d'etat
- Stronger OPEC embargo
- No Thatcher

Is it possible to build such timeline without being ASBing (or at least, not much)?

Thanks in advance. :)

- Soviet Union manages to keep the missiles on Cuba

Have Kruschev refuse to withdraw them, it's unlikely Kennedy would have gone to war over them.

- United States wins the Vietnam War

If Eisenhower gives the go ahead to rescue the French fortress of Dien Bien Phu, the French might have won the battle and the war, averting a second Vietnam war.

- No hippy movement

Unlikely to eradicate completely but no Vietnam would contribute massively to butterflying it away.

- No Pinochet coup d'etat

Make Pinochet a bit unluckier or maybe have Allende purge the military of hardliners.

- Stronger OPEC embargo

Have the Soviets not threaten to intervene, leading to Israel occupying all of Egypt or imposing harsher terms.

- No Thatcher

There are many ways that the Falklands War couldn't have happened, just use one of those. Stronger Junta control over Argentina for example.

Forgot to add something, the story is supposed to be on a more socialist-leaning world (than our capitalist-leaning world), but not one where the Soviet Union is supreme, but one more like a parallel version of ours, with the SU replacing the United States.

So, using the events that I said, is it possible to happen, a world just like the I described? Feel free to add more events that might help it.

Anyway, thanks for the ideas so far, The Red, that certainly helped alot. :)
