Nazis transfer Dutch East Indies to Japan?

When the Nazis conquered France, they were able to transfer French Indochina to the Japanese. Is there anyway they could've done the same with the Dutch East Indies, or were too many of the Dutch officials in Indonesia loyal only to the Dutch government in exile and the Allies?

If the Nazis had somehow been able to transfer the Dutch East Indies to the Japanese, can the Japanese simply supply the "Japanese East Indies" through "Japanese Indochina" while avoiding the need to go to war with the US over the Philippines (at least in the immediate timeframe)?

How would a Japanese East Indies affect the Japanese attacks on the British colonies in South East Asia and possibly the US territories as well if it still decides to go ahead with Pearl Harbor? Would it also attack Australia in late 1941?

It's not happened this way. You can read the Wikipedia article to have a basic knowledge about French Indochina and it's occupation by the Japanese forces.

And Germans have zero influence on the Dutch East Indies.

The Dutch East Indies always were loyal only to the official independent Dutch Government and were very much opposed to national Socialism in the first place, as this was seen as a threat to their own existence, being anti colonial in nature. The very basics of the nationalism in National Socialism conflicts with the Imperial thought of the Dutch in the East Indies, as it would provoke Nationalist movements under both Dutch seperatist and domestic groups in the vast colony, which was still seen as integral part of the Royal Netherlands as a whole. As National Socialism also was opposed by the Dutch Royal House, the Colony would side only with the King/Queen in exile.

Agreed, the only way the Nazi's would be able to transfer the Dutch East Indies, would be to capture the Dutch government and royal family, create a puppet government in the Netherlands and hope nooneelse with a bit of authority decides to start its own Dutch government in exile.
