Nazi Germany Distributes Captured Production Lines

Germany couldn't really be the "arsenal of fascism". However, she did capture assets that might have been of benefit to her allies.

What if she provided captured production lines to her allies and potential allies? For example: Romania building the PZL 37 Bomber, Hungary the Leo451 Bomber, Spain the Dew 520 Fighter.

Some models of aircraft and tanks might not have been worthwhile, but what level of investment and difficulty would be necessary to adapt them to producing more up to date equipment? Either the older models with better engines etc, or for example and S-35 plant producing an entirely different medium tank.

Germany has trouble with access to sufficient amount of raw materials to supply their own industry. Not only that, there is the issue with transporting these materials from the point of origin to the factory. Finally, there is the issue of manpower to employ in these factories.

Germany had the capacity to produce in excess of 20 million tons of steel per year. What they lacked in sufficient quantity was coal. The coal needed to be extracted and then transported and not only to the industrial plants, but also to the population and energy plants.

Then there is the issue of various non-ferrous metals, most importantly tungsten and chrome, IIRC. The lack of former doomed German nascent jet program.

Because the weak steel armor had to be thick, Tanks became monsters like Tiger II with 70 metric tons or Maus a 200 metric tons prototype monstrosity...

Gnome-Rhone engines powered the Hs-129 and Me-323 and more. Morane-Saulnier built the Storch. The Regia Aeronautica received 75 D. 520s, and Bulgaria a hundred. The Siebel Si.204 was built by Hanriot in France and Aero in Czechoslavakia.
