Hitler if captured by the allies, Hitler would have been tried, convicted and hung but putting this aside, he was not a well man in 1945. Throughout WW2, Hitler felt his health was bad and going worse and that as such he lacked time.

Although no definite proof has come forward, he may have had a range of serious medical conditions. If say Syphilis or Monorchism was one of them, Hitler may have wanted his body destroyed so no-one would have proof that he had them.

He had a doctor Theodor Morell, who some say was a *quack* and others say he was a competent physician VIP who suffered under the problem of having a client with VIP syndrome and so had to give him what he wanted and Hitler wanted drugs.

What is clear is that by 1945, Hitler was taking a wide range of pills and was not well? He probably at that stage did not have long to live. We know he suffered a stroke, he probably had a cardiovascular disease of some sort and the effect of the pills could have killed him very soon.

If say he was captured by the Americans or British and possibly the Russians, they would have tried to weaned him off his drugs and nurse him into health to get him into some state to stand trial.

Do you think Hitler would be well enough in late 1945 and 1946 to stand trial?
