Nationalism without Monolingualism

So it's factually multilingual, isn't it.

If we take unofficial use of more than one language as being the marker of multilingualism, then the only monolingual countries I can think of are the two Koreas. I'm not sure how widespread English is in Liechtenstein, but i suppose we might be able to fiddle that into the figures too.
