There are different between NCSSC of this TL there would only be 20 races not 40 because of AAA. Begin in 1948 Watkins Glen Grand Prix would sanction by AAA(OTL by SCCA). The Watkins Glen Grand Prix would held on the 4th of July weekend with two races the American Championship car race and a shorter NCSSC race. In 1950 a third twin weekend was added Darlington Raceway. With a series of high-profile fatal accidents in 1955 AAA ceased racing participation after 1955 season. United States Auto Club with taking over as the sanctioning body of American Championship car from AAA. USAC would end twin weekends with the NCSSC. Only at Watkins Glen both series would both still race the USAC on the 4th of july and NCSSC in mid-august. Stock cars would not return to Indianapolis until the 90's and American Championship car would never return to Darlington Raceway.

Unlike OTL the Indianapolis 500 would not by part the Formula One World Championship season. But Formula One would have there own race at Indianapolis in mid-September. Indianapolis would be home to the United States Grand Prix until 1960. After 1960 the United States Grand Prix would be moved the Watkins Glen.
