What if the rebellion had been more successful, or lasted longer.
How plausible are the following events
1. Nat Turner convinces Indians to Join their revolt
2. Turner goes further south, and builds a formidable army of slaves
3. Turner's slave army reaches southern Florida, and escapes destruction by the American army by fleeing to Spanish Cuba
4. Turner starts a slave rebellion in Cuba, deposing the Spanish colonial government
So how plausible is this. Assuming all of this happened, how might this effect American history? Would America try to acquire cuba in order to gain justice? How might this effect the civil war 30 years later?
