Napoleonic War campaigns which go somewhere...

OK, whil researching on the SHARPE series, i came across some info on the 95th Rifles that they actually were involved in leading a couple of abortive military expeditions, to German in 1805 to liberate Hanover, & to Sweden in 1808 to assist in fighting against Russie (before they were OTL sent to Portugal where they made their reputation felt). Now, WI these attempted British expeditions had actually gone somewhere instead of fizzling out ?

The latter one looks most intriguing because for it to have "gone somewhere" would mean that British involvement in the Swedish war ends up with serious setbacks for Russia.

This could create a major front in the North, BUT could mean that Alexander I has more to worry about than Napoleon's ambitions, never breaks with him, and never ends up invaded
