Walks thru the russian invasions and documents the massive losses caused by typhoid spread by lice feces. An example in the 2weeks after August 25th 60,000 french troops died of typhus.

So lets say it was a colder summer..it was record heat wich increased lice .. And their were better sanitary conditions .. Their was a lice driven typhus outbreak in poland Napoleon marched through. How would history change
