Napoleon returns to Egypt?

Not as long as the RN is either crippled enough to be needed close to Home Island or sunk outright
His first expedition failed because he was cutted from France by the RN

Could Napoleonic France have attempted any subsequent expeditions to Egypt?

I doubt it, to be honest. Any such expedition would have been scuppered by the RN, and if the RN was somehow taken out of the picture, I expect Napoleon would be too busy invading England to spare much thought for Egypt.

Unless, I suppose, you had a proper Anglo-French peace signed... Then again, such a peace would have to be pretty secure, since otherwise Napoleon going after Egypt (and hence potentially threatening British interests in India -- this was one of the stated purposes of his original expedition, after all) would be likely to provoke the British into fighting him again.
