Could Napoleonic France have attempted any subsequent expeditions to Egypt?
I doubt it, to be honest. Any such expedition would have been scuppered by the RN, and if the RN was somehow taken out of the picture, I expect Napoleon would be too busy invading England to spare much thought for Egypt.
Unless, I suppose, you had a proper Anglo-French peace signed... Then again, such a peace would have to be pretty secure, since otherwise Napoleon going after Egypt (and hence potentially threatening British interests in India -- this was one of the stated purposes of his original expedition, after all) would be likely to provoke the British into fighting him again.
