Napoleon reduces the Hohenzollern holdings to East Prussia

What if Napoleon--at the earliest possible opportunity--would have reduced the Hohenzollern holdings to East Prussia as a way of weakening the Hohenzollerns?

I'm thinking of Napoleon creating a French puppet state in the rest of the Hohenzollern holdings or perhaps even adding some or all of this territory to the Confederation of the Rhine.

What difference would this make in Napoleon's future military campaigns?

I was thinking of Napoleon stripping the Hohenzollerns of all of their holdings, but think that it's more realistic to let them keep East Prussia since completely removing yet another royal dynasty from their throne (Napoleon would also remove the Spanish Bourbons from their throne) might be too much for Napoleon's neighbors to swallow and accept.

He didn't break them however and they held enough power at the negotiating table to keep Prussia around

So? The Russians still wanted the Prussians around.
And what’s gonna happen if he just dismembered Prussia, can Russia actually stop that by fighting?
