Napoleon lost at Austerlitz

I know that this was close to impossible but let’s assume that it happened. What are consequences?

Defeat does not mean that he loses most of his army, just heavy losses and a forced retreat.

Sensing a French defeat, maybe Prussia could decide to join the Third Coalition? They could make a deal with Austria to attain hegemony over the northern states while Austria vassalizes the southern ones.
Not sure about Italy and the rest. Perhaps Spain fully breaks apart from Napoleon's system of alliances?
Part of me is saying that Napoleon would be deposed after suffering such a defeat a year after crowning himself as an imperial monarch without any precedent, but i'm skeptical of that, considering how big and well-equipped his armies were here.

Prussia will join coalition: it was planning to and outcome of a battle resulted in congratulation instead of declaration of war. What’s next?

The victorious allies still have not up to date armies, are short on the good commanders (except for Charles) and far away from France.
