Napoleon invade England before the start of the 3rd coalition.

Let's say that Napoleon managed to destroy the British fleet and land his army what would his objectives be?

Sorry but tryinh to figure out how he able to destroy the British fleet. The French were severely at disadvantaged in terms of British naval capabilities hence the French attempt to gain Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese and Danish fleets to cobble together some sort of fleet to challenge British.

If as you say he somehow through wAving a magic wand assembles a fleet capable of defeating British fleet just how many ships are left? How many troops he able to land?

Well, the 1st part involving the magic wand seems to be the simplest part of the whole scenario. The only thing Nappy needed was a time machine capable of transporting a part of the French navy circa 1914 into 1805. This would probably take care of the British navy without a need to look for the Danish ships (he got Spanish and we know how it ended). :)

As for the rest, Nappy's plan of invasion was heavily relying upon using the barges for carrying the troops (which would also improve the ability to land without capturing a major port). And, IIRC, in 1805 he assembled approximately 60,000 in Camp de Boulogne. It is anybody's guess if army of that size successfully landed on the British soil without a continued naval link to France would be able to intimidate the British government enough to make a meaningful lasting peace.
