Napoleon does not invade Russia or Spain. Puts more effort toward invading the UK

What if Napoleon did not invade Russia or Spain but put more effort toward invading the United Kingdom?

He's not able to invade the UK. The Revolution decimated French naval power, and in a blockade situation, there's no means of restoring it.

He's never going to invade the UK. However, if he doesn't overthrow the Spanish monarchy, he'll have two big advantages over OTL:

First, the Continental System will work more effectively. In OTL, once their country was at war with France, Spanish merchants resumed trading with the British in areas that weren't occupied.

Second, Napoleon won't have a lot of troops tied down in Spain, so he'll be able to respond to any attacks more easily.

Napoleon post-Tilsit should probably halt any further offensive campaigns and prepare to defend his gains. He would likely be able to repel any attacks at this stage, and eventually the British might offer to negotiate, as their prospects of defeating him in this scenario wouldn't seem very strong. Of course, sitting back and letting his enemies try to take the initiative wouldn't be much in character for Napoleon.
