Napoleon defeated at Wagram:

If the Archduke Charles's brother, John had been able to reach him with Austrian reinforcements, then the French would have been encircled and lost the battle, perhaps even bringing an end to the Napoleonic Wars as Napoleon would likely have been captured.
Had it happened I wonder how Austria would have made use of it. Would there have been the wars in Italy against Napoleon III. Could Prussia have managed 1866? Would Austria have ended up as the rump state it became after World War One?

In such a scenario, none of these things would have happened at all due to butterflies.

Austria Would reap all glory for defeating old Nappy. Archduke Charles would probably have kept command of the Austrian Army and made reforms (though during Nappys time teh Austrian army was NOT that bad ;))

Austria would probably have to say more about the after war composition of Europe.

Western Galicia was lost in the Vienna peace, this would be butterflied away and Austria would keep that part of Poalnd (not necessarily a good thing, but Austria of OTL was lighter on Poland than Russia, so Maybe "Poland" might be a valuable asset ITTL.

Maybe the (once Prussian) parts of the Ducky of Warsaw go also to Austria...

Sweden might still lose Finland, but OTOH IIRC russia was leaning towards France in 1809, so it might face the opposition of the 5th Coalition of this...
