Napoleon captured at Austerlitz

Yes, I realize how ridiculous this scenario sounds, but I felt it would be interesting to see what could arise from a situation if the Austrians, somehow, in some way, managed to capture Napoleon during the Battle of Austerlitz. Assuming that it happened concurrently with a French defeat, what could we see arising out of this scenario; would he be exiled, à la Elba, or would some other fate befall him? What would happen with France as a whole, seeing as their Emperor was recently captured alive, could/would they be willing to fight on, or would they give into the Third Coalition? What about France's sister states (particularly the Batavian Republic), what would happen to them in situation? In general; what if Napoleon captured at Austerlitz?
