I believe so, although of course it wasn't formalised until the end.
The Little Entente was an alliance of Czechoslovakia, Rumania and Yugoslavia against an attack by Hungary.
France at the same time guaranteed Czechoslovakia against Germany. Right up to the moment when the Czechs needed them, whereupon the French asked the British to find them away out and they all ended up at Munich.
