Mutatis mutandis, Hitler and Stalin become alter egos

What twists are needed to make Hitler's ideology and Stalin's ideology compatible and their alliance unshakeable?

Hitler had an epiphany and believes Russians are mainly Varangian and Viking descendants;
Stalin is a Teutophile, even willing to welcome German immigrants to repopulate certain areas in Ukraine, Catherine the Great style;
Stalin fully recognizes German hegemony in Central and Western Europe;
in exchange, Stalin has carte blanche in the Far East with Hitler's blessing at the expense of Japan who is not an indispensable axis member any more;
...

Could the Anglo-American leviathan beat this Russo-German behemoth? Even if Japan switches sides?

Wasn't fear of Communism one of the defining aspects of Nazism and the Axis generally? I mean, that pact was called the Anti-Comintern pact, just as an example.

As such, I think we might be in the territory of "If Stalin and Hitler could be friends, they wouldn't be Stalin and Hitler". Maybe if the Nazis found some other country to posit as a threat to German interests, without giving up their distinct Nazi character. I'm not sure how you'd do that.

CommuNazis was term used at the time?

Germany-USSR-China Axis replaces Cold War Warsaw Pact? (could easily see a stalemate in WWII with neither side able to invade the other?)

(neutral or Allied Italy?)

Suppose:
China and Japan cancelling each other out;
Fascist Italy with CommuNazi colossus;
U.S. some years away from acquiring nuclear weapons;

then two scenarios:
1. Russo-German surprise attack gaining foothold in Alaska,
what happen then?
2. Anglo-American preemptive strike gaining foothold in Western Europe,
what happen then?

Soviets are probably following the same script as IOTL and not launching offensive actions.

Italy was close call to join Axis war effort against France, here they might remain neutral with closer German-Soviet ties and obvious Soviet designs on Balkans?
