What if Hitler decided that there was no immediately pressing need to invade Poland and puts if off for a couple years? I don't think Poland was about to become a threat to Germany in the near future. France and Britain were rearming, but then again, so was Germany. A lot of the military build-up by other countries would be butterflied way. The U.S. wouldn't start its massive fleet build up, Japan is unlikely to try anything funny in the Pacific, and the U.S.S.R. probably doesn't go for Finland. What else would a couple more years of peace done? (assume that ATL WWII starts out basically the same way, but 2-5 years later. Poland is invaded, France and Britain respond with DoWs)
