Movie Spinoffs from AH Timelines

Taking a cue from conversations on "Keynes' Cruisers Volume 2"

Many of the timelines on this site contain events that would alter movie history, as we know it...

For example: Keynes' Cruisers has changed the Malaya & Burma Campaigns to the point where "Bridge Over the River Kwai" wouldn't be made. On the other hand, a "Monty of Malaya" might be filmed. Also, there's a third spinoff possibility: "They Were Expendable" probably is made, but an altogether different plot and screenplay from what we know.

What movie changes could you see coming out of timelines on Alternatehistory.com? Add, delete, or change well known/will be known films.

1944 - MGM - "Boys from Bataan" directed by John Ford, starring Gary Cooper as General Jonathan Wainwright
A stirring recount of the siege of Bataan and the heroic defence by Filipino and American forces.
I presume that Ford, like IOTL, is in the USN and OSS - he was released from active duty to make 1945's They Were Expendable.

Coop would be fine as Wainwright - they'd need to age him a bit - and the date of the film would probably depend on when hostilities conclude ITTL.

I'm making the assumption that this version of WW2 ends earlier....
