The Germans couldn't hold their empire, but they could defeat Russia for a time.
1. Don't declare war on the United States in the process.
2. Seek an armistice with Great Britain who is no longer a threat to German interests in Europe. Do not send troops to fight a ground war in North Africa.
3. Don't use the Blitzkrieg tactic to invade Russia, plan a longer campaign and ensure more supplies are ready for the soldiers on the ground.
4. Give soldiers winter weapons and equipment needed to last the winter and hold the line against the Red Army.
5. Don't concern forces around major cities like Stalingrad or the oilfields to the south, but on capturing Moscow and Leningrad as the top priorities.
6. Capture Leningrad first, then Moscow. Push Russian resistance as far east as possible and cut any communication lines to lands east of the Urals.
7. Send troops to the south to secure the oil fields.
8. Maintain forces to combat any Soviet insurgency and create air superiority over all lands west of the Urals.
9. Develop jet aircraft more including a Ural bomber fleet to attack all Russian industry hidden on the other side of the Urals.
10. Enlist soldiers from the Ukraine to help fight the Russians instead of ignoring them and subverting.
