What is the most likely government of a U.S.A.-analouge witj the same basic ethnicitys and religions.

What do you mean specifically? A nation born out of the American Revolution?

I would say either a parliamentary monarchy or a confederate pure democracy (no republic)

I like 'Constiutiutional Monarchy' - a government by stutters.

The Austro-Hungarian method may work to get Texas, California and Hawaii legally into the Union. Each one could keep their individual legislatures

Also can people present arguments for everything?

Well, I said constitutional monarchy because that's what they were familiar with. they knew how it worked because they previously had one, and the british for long periods haled themselves as the most free people because they had a mixed government instead of an absolute monarchy.

however, i'd bet they would be sure to not let their monarch have as much power as George III had (which really wasn't that much respectively).

Well, I voted Constitutional monarchy.

A possible POD could be people blaming Parliament for the injustices rather than the King, so they decide instead of having a president having a king with approximately the same powers of a king, but unelected so he isn't held to the whims of the people. Say to avoid the tyranny of the masses.

Another possible way could be a failed constitutional convention and George Washington gets fed up and uses the army to take power. He then forces a Constitution to be written and essentially shoves it down the U.S.'s throats, using a similiar consitution as OTL, but makes himself King to avoid having a weak executive as the Articles of Confederation had.

Well, Apartheid (though I don't think thats a government), or Constitutional Monarchy (the stories of our radicalism are overrated), or Presidential Dictatorship. No idea what Canton is.
