Moschopole survive an become the capital of Aromania

Lets presume Moschopole was not destroyed by turks. It survive and continue to flourish, becoming, at the middle of the 19 century a huge city, which gathered around a big population of aromanians. When awakening movements arose, and freed frim otomans, aromanians create their own country.
How this country would becomed further, and how would been influenced the policy in the areea, till nowdays?

Prevent the Muslim Albanian soldiers by Ali Pasha from ransacking the place and you have the place continue to thrive for a while longer. Maybe that way a distinct Aromanian identity would had developed among the Romance-speaking peoples living in the areas of southern Albania, Thessaly, and Macedonia. Probably the Ottomans would give them a semi-autonomous status to keep them from rebelling.

I think this would been faisable, because it seems they had their own arsenal workshops. All they had to do was to form thei militia

You'll probably have the basis of an independent Aromanian country forming in southern Albania and northern Greece but by no means it is possible since their numbers are way smaller in comparison would be by fighting the Ottomans. Best case scenario is if the Ottomans are defeated in a major war and the Great Powers decide that instead of giving the territory to Greece, you give the Aromanians their own country.

I meant Ali Pacha attacks was not official otoman attack. After aromanian militia would reject a first attack of Ali Pacha, otomans decide to give them a some degree of authonomy, in excange of a substantial tribute

Obviously it wasn't. The Ottomans were pretty gentle when it came to the Aromanian population. They allowed them to set up schools in their own language and let them handle their own affairs for the most part. All they did was pay a tribute and were left alone to their own devices.
