More than six

What would be the effect of the six days war continue to the seventh/eighth/tenth day?

Well it would probably depend on what happened on the first six days. Can you think of any crucial points that could increase the length of the war, as that would be a good staring point for discussion.

Anyway welcome to the forum... are you by any chance Israeli?

I thought about the USSR doesn't really care about the arabs so it doesn't demand cease-fire.

And yes I'm a proud israeli! ;)

Well, if the war had continued because Egypt and Syria refused a cease fire, I imagine the Israelis would have captured Damascus at very least by day 8 or so. I'm not sure if they would have wanted to cross the Suez channel to move on Cairo though. Perhaps.

Taking Damascus would mean hard street fighting with possible civil casualties, (EDIT: i meant possible HIGH casualties) that the Israeli public opinion of the time, by way, isn't going to particularly like. It'd be a total mess and a ceasifire would be called quickly (I think day ten at the very very most).

What about Occupation of Jabal al-Druze and creation of a druze puppet state as was suggested by some israeli politicians?
