I was stumbling, and I found a page about a Alexandrian successor state in Northern India. Now, since the idea intrigued me, I wondered what would happen if you had this kingdom last longer, perhaps into Medieval times.

I don't see what this has to do with an Alexandrian successor state.Kushan Empire will conquer this kingdom as soon as.
Greeks always loser after the Alexander the Great.
They are not a great nation.

Ah great. A Turkish uber-nationalist? Fun.
Anyway, I don't think that an Greco-Indian/Indo-Greek kingdom would last into the Middle Ages, simply because empires/kingdoms didn't last that long. It'd probably go fully Indian, perhaps retaining a few scattered words and traditions from the Greeks, but not much.

I thought the Kushans were Indo-Iranian. The Xiongnu were more likely Turkic than them.

Incidentally, Greek was used in court documents under Kaniskha. So again, the Greek influence lasted longer than most people think.
