More Successful Umayyads?

This is inspired by the thread World Religions Without Islam; let's have a more successful Islam instead! So, Al-Samh ibn Malik wins the Battle of Toulouse in 721; it's more or less the exact reverse of what happened IOTL, with the Franks suffering immense losses. What happens now? Full-scale invasion of Aquitaine? A slow collapse of Frankish defenses over the rest of the century as the Muslims consolidate their position?

The Ummayads were stretched thin in Spain and even more in Francia. This is basically going to delay the Frankish counterrattack. What I think could be done to rectify this is to ship thousands of soldiers and/or Bedoins from the Mesopotamian heartlands into Europe as settlers and conduct the same level of raids that were done towards the Byzantines to Francia, which should allow for building up a stronger power base (until the Berbers revolt).

Really it'd be good to lessen the pressure on the Byzantines and apply that to Western Europe in order to better cement control. Its not like the Byzantines have the manpower and resources to launch large scale counterattacks.
