In OTL, the British did not really support Tory elements in the colonies, and those Tory elements did not communicate well with each other until much later in the conflict, not until the Southern Strategy was drawn on.
Burgoyne's campaign, for example, had loyalists dismissed rather easily, with much more support of the Indians. (With one loyalist captain and his wife even being massacred by Indian auxiliaries without any resistance from Burgoyne)
Is there any way we can get more support for the Loyalists from London, and maybe get a Continental Congress parallel for the Loyalists to rally support across all the colonies?
