As for the British Isles, it is kinda Fatherland-scenario where German sub wolfpacks blockade the Atlantic coast, thus preventing supplies from America to arrive. The atomic bombing is just the final chain of events.
The Holocaust does exists in this timeline, and the genocide of Jews would become one of many things that makes German-Japanese relationship bitter during cold war.

ASB, the Japanese would have been unable to supply armies in the soviet far east in 41, let alone face off a more mechanized enemy with tanks that were virtually invincible to pretty much every piece of armour fielded by the Kwantung Army.
