Forgive my bad English, but what I get from your reply is that the Germans should had A-Bomb earlier?
As for the British Isles, it is kinda Fatherland-scenario where German sub wolfpacks blockade the Atlantic coast, thus preventing supplies from America to arrive. The atomic bombing is just the final chain of events.
The Holocaust does exists in this timeline, and the genocide of Jews would become one of many things that makes German-Japanese relationship bitter during cold war.
Oh, I missed something on the TL.
1941-June, Japanese forces invade Soviet Far East.

Thank you

ASB, the Japanese would have been unable to supply armies in the soviet far east in 41, let alone face off a more mechanized enemy with tanks that were virtually invincible to pretty much every piece of armour fielded by the Kwantung Army.

But the Soviet Union was still in chaos following the assassination of Stalin
Maybe their army was already exhausted to fight the Germans (Germany invade in May '41) so that the Japanese able to take Vladivostok and other areas

Thank you

Nuked by who? The British already dying because of the submarine blockade and the Americans could get the A-Bomb to Britain (right?)
If the Allies still able to nuke Germany, I'll assume that they bombed Essen or other Ruhr cities
