I was thinking of two ATL timelines.

One where the German KDP party is successful in the German revolution against the Weimar Republic, or a timeline in which the USSR wins against Finland, and stages an invasion against Germany first, with huge implications for the Cold War afterwards.

on the first, is the plan for them to create German communism (defined as "communism adapted to German conditions") or to become German Stalinists?

As for the second, that would probably result in the Allies deciding that "Stalin needs a counterweight" and starting to empty all their arsenals to give Hitler everything he needs to carry out his genocidal plans because "at least he's anti-communist, which is what matters".

Well, Luxemburg and many leftists in Germany had various anti-USSR/Leninist positions. However, with the German economy being in a really bad position, they might have to renew that policy, it's very barebones.

As for the second side, by that point the Allies were at war with Hitler, and everyone knew he was wanting to expand his forces, so I can't imagine they'd ally with Hitler. They'd be pissed, sure, that they couldn't be able the striking ones and that the USSR had to answer to them, but...

Let's imagine this scenario: GM & Chrysler disappear after their bankruptcy at the end of 2008, but a few brands like Cadillac, Corvette (which has become fully fledged), Hummer and Jeep survive by being taken over by other foreign automotive groups; Ford survives, but is forced to sell or kill its brands, Lincoln becoming a high-end luxury model in Ford's range.....
My question would be this: what would the POTUS ride in from now on? Cadillac has become a subsidiary of a foreign group.... The others have disappeared.... Maybe in a Ford Lincoln? Thoughts ?

Assuming you mean in ATL where Russia did have colonies.

They get taken in Brest-Litovsk. When it's Germany's turn to lose, those gained colonies are taken from them just as the rest of the German colonial empire and turned into League mandates. The UK and France would share up those ex Russia colonies.

I just want to rant out this personal pet peeve I have, when people divide South Asia into Pakistan-India-Bangladesh with a pre-1947 POD which is about as plausible as Ronald Reagan becoming the governor of California with a pre-1492 POD. It took a series of incredibly unlikely events for the partition to happen with the borders it did, as anyone who has studied the event will know.

If the nazis did get the nuke, let's say that Hitler doesn't throw out Quantum Physics, would he still win the war? I'm of the opinion that the Nazi War effort was doomed at the start.

They also need a delivery platform. And to get through allied airdefences. And even then chances are the allies get the bomb shortly after.
