Miracle of the House of Brandenburg... Earlier

Everyone knows of the miracle of the House of Brandenburg, namely that in the point of the Seven Years war where Prussia was about to collapse, the Empress of Russia died, and her successor negotiated a treaty very favorable to Prussia.
A lot of threads have been made about what would have happened if this miracle had never occurred. However, what if she had died earlier?
For instance, what if

A She died before the battle of Kunersdorf, which was a crushing defeat for Prussia in the east, and the main reason why Peter III's treaty was seen as backstabbing the Russian people.

or B before the beginning of the Seven Years War, when Peter might have entered on the side of Britain and Prussia instead of on the side of France and Austria.

What do people think the possible effects would be?

The war wouldn't happen in the first place if scenario B happens. The war was practically begun because of Britain's balance of power foreign policy approach, so two Great Powers coming to an agreement wouldn't break the balance of power as a tripartite Great Power alliance.

On the other hand this doesn't change the American theater of the war much, but given the fewer repercussions in Europe this may end up with a status quo peace.

Trouble, is, if Elizabeth dies at a different time, Peter III may never reign at all.

Even before Elizabeth's death, there was much talk of a coup in favour of Cattherine, but as luck would have it she was in an advanced stage of pregnancy (by one of her lovers) when the Tsaritsa died, and so could take no action.

Peter wasn't liked by the Russian court, really. His pro-Prussian stand did not help at all.

Thats an oversimplification. He was liked by some members who wanted to reform the practices of the nobility; but ultimately was outmaneuvered by his wife and a small group of perfidious nobles.
