Military strength of South American nations during WW1?

I'm currently doing a video series on the neutral nations of WW1. I've been trying to find the military strength of all the independent South American nations and I haven't really been able to find much info regarding it. Does anyone have any sources that I could be sent to take a look at?

South America, with the exception of Brazil, remained neutral. Brazil got involved after germans U-boats sunk multiple brazilian ships transporting coffee to Europe. The Brazilian Navy sent multiple cruisers to the mediterranean, where they proceeded to get sunk, damaged, and the crew got Influenza. Besides a modest navy(nothing comparable to the nautical jungernaut that was Brazil in the early years of the 20th century) Brazil didn't really have a respectable force at this period. I know that Argentina also had a powerful modern navy in the first years of the century, but by 1914 im not sure.

The South American naval arms race included Chile in addition to Brazil and Argentina and was effectively ended by World War I because they were relying on European shipyards which, of course, were commandeered for the war effort.
