Middle East in an axis victory

there some indication what the Nazi wanted to do
In 1941 during a protocoled military briefing Himmler ask Hitler,
What to do with local Islamic population after they help the SS-Sonderkommandos to Exterminate the Jews ?
Hitler reply in harsh word that moslems and Jews are one same thing and have to be exterminate also

Italy wanted those areas for it new Roman Empire
it's likely that Hitler would hand over middle east to Mussolini, once the SS was finish the holocaust there
because his focus was East Europe and Russian, for Hitler the middle east was relative uninteresting

I'm sure Hitler would have had some interest in the Middle East to keep the oil coming. But of course, it all depends on exactly what kind of victory we're looking at. If you're envisioning the ASB total-victory that involves a successful Sea Lion, then the Germans will have a free hand in the Middle East without British or American involvement (total victory assumes Man in the High Castle victory, which would also have destroyed the USA).

Disaster at Dunkirk victory? Britain possibly came to the table, still has its empire, Germany has no direct impact on the Middle East.

No direct impact perhaps (aside from their holdings in North Africa), but I would think that the evolution of anti-colonial thought in the region (and Islamic and Arab political philosophy in general) would be influenced by the context of a Nazi dominated European continent, no?

For example, maybe TTL sees the Young Egypt Party (instead of Nasser) take power in their country? Alternatively, maybe the Fundamentalist Pan-Islamists continue their association with Nazi Germany, and find more financing and support?
