No Orkney or Shetland yet, so I can't officially declare the British Isles complete. Very close, though!

I tried to work on this for a while, but I was never getting anywhere. This is great progress; we've finished a sizable portion of Europe by now!
Russia's gonna be tough cookie. Not much GIS data to trace on for below the oblast level. Let alone shapefiles of Imperial Russia that is good enough.
