Maximize Soviet casualties in Operation Barbarossa.

So what strategic decisions could Germany make in order to inflict greater losses upon the Soviets during Operation Barbarossa. If they can then inflict much heavier casualties then what knock on effect does it have on later operations.

Whatever nets them Moscow. IMHO that would mean leaving Leningrad alone, just achieving a defensible line and then focusing the attention along the central axis of advance and divert rail supply on lines for AG-North for AG-Center, as with AG-North on the defensive then they need a lot less supplies than if they are pushing toward Leningrad and extending their supply lines.

Have Barbarossa succeed. That way tens of millions of people are dead. Done.
