Mary, Queen of Scots and Francis II have a son

so what if Francis II of France did not get an ear infection in 1560 but lives for 3-4 more years till something else gets him, in this time his wife has a son, (name ideas?) now assume that the son doesn't die as a baby, so what we have is a King of France as hair to the Scottish Crown and English Crown

how does this change history?
