Mary I marries Henri II

In 1525, the question of a marriage for King Henry VIII's daughter, Princess Mary, was raised. Henry looked to France for an alliance.
As part of negotiations, the question of the marriage of Princess Mary was raised. This time, she was to marry Henri, the second son of Francis I.
Nothing came of the plan.

Suppose Mary marries Henri of France. What happens then?

Mary would have been eight years old which even then was considered way too young for a girl to be married . Also, even though Catherine had proven herself to be diplomatic jewel and regent during this time, it's doubtful SHE would have greenlighted a union with one her homeland's traditional enemy.
However; had Catherine's resistance been somehow overcome, they may have had Mary be betrothed and sent away to France to be 'educated' before 'came of age' [which likely would have been when she reached fifteen]. If Mary had been betrothed to Prince Henri of France it may have quashed Henry's notion to have the union with Catherine annulled [ though he may have had Catherine quietly poisoned so he could FINALLY sire a living male heir- and Catherine herself believed he was trying to do so at the end of her OTL life]. Also, if Henri became Henry II of France, this would have meant no Medici union but whether they'd have any offspring at all is questionable since Mary was able to produce none for her late marriage to Phillip who was fecund with all his other wives.
