Martin Luther and diarrhoea

I'm making an assumption here - that Martin Luther's sudden loathing of the Jews was caused in part by his unfortunate experience when trying a kosher diet. El Wiki seems to indicate that this correlated with his first anti-Semitic letters, as opposed to the Christian's Burden tone indicated by his earlier works, as he believed himself to have been poisoned by the Jewish community.

So. Let's say he avoids the kosher diet, and stays relatively amicable towards the Jews of Europe throughout his life. How would this affect history?
