Say James IV weds earlier (maybe to Bianca Maria Sforza or Giovanna/Charlotte of Naples - all of whom were mentioned as possibilities OTL. I'd include Margarethe of Austria, but she was only offered at the end of the 1490s). His eldest son is born in 1489/1490 (and betrothed/married to Margaret Tudor instead). Followed by three or four girls scattered through the 1490s (1491, 1493, 1496 and 1499).
Now, I can imagine one of the girls being considered for OTL Henry VIII (everything outside this "bubble" stays reasonably close to OTL, so Arthur still dies childless). But I'd imagine that the minute Margaret Tudor produces James IV's first grandson, a Scots princess' appeal to London will have dulled somewhat (if it hasn't already, compared to the dowries that Katherine of Aragon or Eleonore of Austria can field).
So, where might be decent candidates for these girls to wed?
