Well, they sort of did that with the Oblast boundaries, which IIRC were originally, in part at least, drawn/redrawn according to the plan of the expanding electrical power grid...

I gave that chat gpt thing the prompt to make a fictional Latin American country, and it gave me a wikipedia-like summary of Costa Azul. I thought this was cool, so I made a map of it. I also gave dalle the prompt of making the flag of Costa Azul and took inspiration from what it gave me.
