My current take on "breaking Britain" in an alt WWII by an Imperial Socialist IIIrd Empire.
I'd still suggest taking the Isle of Wight. As you see, I put the Southern coast under permanent French occupation, while the bulk of England is a puppet state that would fit your Normandie Septentrionale and Est-Anglie.
Even with the puppet state, this may be the most Celtic Britain I've seen in a while. Put some autonomous departments in Somerset, Dorset and Cheshire, and you are ready for the return of the Once and Future King

I'm legitimately surprised nobody has really made a map based on Mewni from Star vs the Forces of Evil. It's pretty much an untapped world of possibilities.

Dear Mr. [REDACTED]
As I'm sure you're already aware, the recent incident between Red Chinese and Japanese forces along the Yalu was not an isolated mistake. I now find it impossible to ignore that the Communist regime has deliberately and openly defied the military superiority of the United States and her allies. It is my opinion that this dramatic shift in attitude is but the culmination of two decades of neglect for America's strategic interests in the Far East, which has grown to such degree that Red China is considering an armed confrontation as a feasibility. Mr. [REDACTED], this administration will not stand idly as the vile influences of Communism rampage across the Asiatic continent like a cancer. It is imperative, an immediate necessity, to significantly increase the presence of military personnel in China and Japanese Korea, and to multiply in equal measure the aid we deliver to our allies for defense purposes. Failure to do so as earnestly as possible will very likely result in the complete collapse of America's presence in the East Pacific and the Orient, and the exponential expansion of Communism. For the sake of democracy and freedom, I expect that the United States will respond accordingly.

Perhaps I have already published an equivalent version on the same subject in Map Thread XIX, but I represent to you a map with British Sister Republics under the French Revolution. In my opinion, it may be different from the previous one I proposed. View attachment 591229
Since it's under the French Revolution, everything is in French.
Same timeline as the last map I posted. This one showing international economic blocs.
1. The European Cooperative Organization is the economic section of the European Council. As it does not include political and military aspects nominally/generally neutral nations like the Vatican, Switzerland and Norway are officially part of it. As there are less regulations needed to join ECO than the EC Georgia has become a part of ECO but not EC (also it requires less commitment on the part of the Georgian government).
2. Russian Empire and Armenia have special bilateral treaties with ECO without being full members of it. While German Empire's Reichspakt agreement with some of its former colonies give the those African nations certain economic rights with Germany. Those rights are also considered to apply to rest of the ECO. (Reichspakt is also a monetary union, with all members using the Reichsmark, thought this is not the case for the ECO at large)
3. The 4th International's military/political side has been mentioned. It also functions as a free trade area and customs union. Of the three other communist states DPR Central Africa and DPR South Sudan are also part of it as they need Chinese support. On the other hand the American Socialist Federation asserts its independence from China and remains independent of the 4th Internationals trade bloc. The ASF also prides itself on autarky. However it does trade with the 4th International rather than the Capitalist Powers.
4. The Istanbul Pact is an economic organization along with a military/political one. It is a customs union and common market. Unlike the Reichspakt however non ECO members of the IPEA are not considered to be in special agreement with ECO at large.
5. The British Commonwealth of Nations also includes a Free Trade Area. Some former UBSC members and close puppets that are not part of the CoN proper are parts of the CFTA. The Commonwealth also includes some monetary unions under itself, such as the Pacific Pound or the South African Pound. Thought there is no Commonwealth wide monetary union.
6. As said on the image itself the South American Economic Community is quite a new trade bloc. Brazilian reunification of 1998 was the foundation of this bloc. It was created in 2008 under Brazilian lead with Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela. Guiana (OTL Suriname), Chile and Peru would join later. Brazil wants to expand it to rest of South America and later make it more integrated. It is a common market with customs union.
7. North American Union was only founded in 2015. It was the United States of America which led the effort to create it. Utah Free State, United Mexican States and 2nd California Republic are the other members of it. It is a customs union. There are plans to expand it into Canada, Quebec, New England, Cuba and Central America later. There are also plans to make it more closely integrated.
8. The Association of South Asian Nations (ASAN) was originally an India led political/military bloc. It's height was in the 80s and the early 90s. However its political and military parts were dissolved in 1995. ASAN also houses Lao and Tibetan governments in exile and supports the Republic of China against the Chinese Social Republic (thought ROC government in exile is still centered in Singapore and ASAN members all officially recognize CSR over ROC). ASAN is an economic union. The newly independent Islamic Republic of Hindustan and Republic of Bengal and Assam have not joined ASAN as of now. Hindustan will likely not join and Afghanistan might leave it while Bengal and Assam is likely to join in the future after Indo-Bengalese relations normalize.
9. The Pacific Treaty Organization was founded at the height of Japanese power. With weakening of Japan after 1970 some nations left while the organization itself became very nominal. It still remains a free trade area that consists of 5 nations. It becoming a customs union (especially minus the two members in the Americas) is also proposed but its uncertain if that will come to pass.
