Do you think this thread will stop at 15 pages or something?
That's why I suggested they be indexed as they are uploaded.

Yes, and do you not think this one will get longer? OP will have to be on for the duration and doing it, and judging by his lack of etiquette in spitting out a very early thread, I don't know if you can ask that of him and see it done.
Pretty muchThe Church of Jesus Christ and YEE-HAW?
Honestly your right. I'm still thinking about how my timeline will work and there may be reworks. For now, il just say there were also political instability, economic strife and other crap. That doesn't seem realistic, considering Atlantica (what I'm calling it now) would be one of the wealthiest countries due to there being New York, Philly, and D.C. right there. Also, Dixie definitely wouldn't be able to invade Atlantica, and to be honest I doubt New England would even want to. War and expansionism doesn't match the character of New England, and of course annexing New York on its own would probably make New England turn into "NYC and Pals" before too long.
Why does everyone always make the Midwest commie? Do you think we’d put up with that shit, even in the ’30s? They’d have no control outside of the cities, which would just be starved out. And how are the Japanese and Mexicans going to get further inland than about 40 miles before they’re bogged down by citizen guerrillas? Here is a map of a possible second US Civil War, still with PoD as the assassination of FDR.

Our goal is the salvation of humankind, and we will do anything for this!
General Kurosawa
Legends say that once humanity lived in peace and prosperity, that once there was no need to fight for its existence. But humanity made a mistake, and the spirits sent the punishment for sins - the Forest. It swallowed everything that could, driving people out of their usual habitat. It seemed that the war between the Forest and humanity was lost from the very beginning... until the Legions of Hokurosu came.
The Empire grew from ashes of previous world in the North, subjecting everything it could under Emperor's iron fist. Hokurosu dedicate itself to obliteration of the Forest, and if it means turining into a totalitarian machine - the price is not high.
Hokurosu is divided into Imperial Provinces, where the standart of living is even relatively high, Vassal States, that have some autonomy, and Special Territories, where demolition of the Forest is the only goal. When the Forest is cleaned enough, Special Territory will became a Province. The Empire already have a good progress there - Honshu used to be filled with the Forest and had only small human enclaves.
Other human states have a mixed relationship to Hokurosu Empire. Some of them dislike the expansive politic of the Empire (aka "Unification of humanity before the threat of the Forest") but everyone agrees that Hokurosu is the only force capable of stopping the Forest.

Slightly unrealistic version of a communist British civil war here! Not much lore, other than an angry mob and the twisted Frankenstenian child of Enlightenment liberalism and early socialist theories combined into one rebellion. Spiritual sequel to my French Civil War map.
It took me a moment to realise that those names are written in English.A Navigator's Map to the Miss, c.2781
For something so simple, it's actually kind of elegant and pretty.A Navigator's Map to the Miss, c.2781

I'd seriously recommend against using this sort of font for anything that's supposed to be legible, in particular when using it in allcaps, which it is emphatically not designed for.A Navigator's Map to the Miss, c.2781

Who is this Avatar Toph? I only know of Avatar Melon Lord.Avatar: The Last Earthbender
Fire, Air, Water, Earth
Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony, but everything changed when the Air Empire attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could stop them, but when the world needed them most, they vanished. A hundred years passed and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar, an earthbender named Toph. And although her earthbending skills are great, she has a lot to learn before she's ready to save anyone. But I believe Toph can save the world.
The Water Kingdom is a loose empire based in the city of Agna Qel'a, a multi-walled city located in the North Water Kingdom. The Water Kingdom can be divided into three distinct culture groups, the Northern and Southern Provinces have their cultures based on their fronzen environments, the difference between the two is mostly based on the role of women in the society. The last is the Central Province, more closely based in the ancient waterbending cultures in the southern parts of the largest continent, derogatorily called "Swamp Dwellers". They are currently at war with the Air Empire.
The Air Empire is a xenophobic and nationalistic nation that committed the genocide of the Earth Nomads 100 years ago. It's ruled by a small council of head monks who lead the nation. However, they recently banished the Monk Gyasto and his protégé Aang, forcing them to search for the missing avatar.
The Sun Warriors are two tribes of firebenders that exist on the western archipelago. The Eastern Sun Warriors are the poorer of the two tribes, existing farther away from the rest of the tribe. The Western Sun Warriors are mostly based in the ancient Sun Warrior city of Agni-Zukai which houses one of the largest settlements of Firebenders.
The Former Earth Nomad Lands used to house large numbers of earth nomads before all but the Avatar were killed by the Air Empire. Before then, the Earth Nomads were divided into three regions:
The Southern Sandbenders were groups of Earthbenders were dwelled in the Si Wong Desert with a temple near the city of Omashu, later destroyed by the Air Empire.
The Northern Metalbenders were group of Earthbenders around the Serpent's Pass. They specialized in creating and bending metal, this is where Avatar Toph originally came from.
The Western Lavabenders were groups of Earthbenders on the Western archipelago alongside members of the Sun Warrior tribes, which they used firebending techniques to bend molten earth.
In the year 99 AG, Sun Warrior siblings Zuko and Azula find a large earthen mound that for the past 100 years, has contained the last Earthbender, Toph. Avatar Toph must now learn the rest of the elements by the end of the Autumn, or else the leaders of the Air Empire will commit genocide against the Water Kingdom.
(I just finished bingewatching Avatar, can ya tell?)
