I decided to make a map of Mobius from the Sonic Universe, but this one was fun and creative. Basically I imagined what something similar to Game of Thrones would look in Mobius.
Note this is isn't really the map of Mobius, I just made it all on my own. This is basically fan-made and done for fun.
Before Time - According to all the five religions of the continent of Mobius, each five of them all believe that the first Mobian man was a man by the name of Eren. Created by the goddesses Xmnar and Ythogtha. According to each five religions they say that when Eren became a man at the age of eighteen he procreated with the goddesses to create the Mobian race.
Unfortunately an unknown dark curse infected Eren shortly after, he eventually died at age of 21, not being able to see his eight children grow up, nor did he get witness the rise of the Mobian race either. However his legacy forever lives on since he is the the ancestor to all Mobians that existed.
1 BT - As a result decades after his death the first Mobians (which had a population of 605,000 in total) established the first empire in history called the Erenite Empire in honor of Eren himself. It was said to have been established in 1 BT which is when the Mobian calendar begins.
However it didn't last of course, eventually many people began to identify themselves as their own nationalities and thus led to conflicts throughout the empire.
240 BT - Just when the Erenite Empire had a population of now 1 million people, it had now shattered into 18 different kingdoms. Each kingdom represented themselves with a coat of arms to show their pride and royalty. This of course led to what is known as the Warring States Period[1] in which all 18 kingdoms constantly fought one another in bloody wars which resulted in the death of 24% of the population of the Mobian continent.
510 BT - After centuries of fighting the eighteen kingdoms either signed peace treaties, got annexed by other countries, or simply outright were destroyed. This resulted in the creation of the Seven Great Nations. Those nations were the Kingdom of Arcadia, Kingdom of Livermore, Kingdom of Yersos, Kingdom of Osmuth, Kingdom of Megapolis, Kingdom of Phornica, and the Kingdom of Tannis.
800 BT - More new nations were born in the continent of Mobius, such as the Kingdom of Keystone, Kingdom of Ghoetina, Kingdom of Laurice, and the Kingdom of the Three Islands. However there was a new problem on the horizon as a unseen great empire from the Far East called the Chun-nan Empire began to start its expansion into the continent of Mobius. Rumors of strange men wielding strange swords spread across Mobius. Some royals believed it while some did not and thought it was nothing but hysteria.
888 AT - The birth of Terios the Great brought the Chun-nan Empire to a golden age. The progress of new technology such as gunpowder and rocketry brought the many Mobian kingdoms down to their knees in surrender. The Chun-nanites were now the most feared people across the continent of Mobius. As a result Terios the Great conquered much of Mobius and annexed many Mobian kingdoms due to his powerful and highly advanced armies.
1000 AT - After a century and a half of endless fighting against the Chun-nan Empire, the War of Liberation began as the Kingdom of Arcadia, Kingdom of Yersos, Kingdom of Laurice, Kingdom of the Three Islands, and the Kingdom of Phornica began to work together and push back the unwelcomed Chun-nanites. Countless of brave men and women fought and died to retake Mobius from these unwelcomed invaders. A young king from the Kingdom of Arcadia named Miles "Tails" Prower became famous for his heroism as he retaken the stolen lands from the Chun-nanites. According to legend there tells a tale that a great hero will rise and save Mobius from doom.
1240 AT - After what seemed like an eternity to many. The Chun-nan Empire finally fell and the original Mobian nations were liberated. However interestingly enough the mixed populations who had half Chun-nan blood were able to make an agreement with the rest of Mobius in which they were allowed to create their own new nation in Mobius as long they don't take it over again. Thus the Khanate of Ixia was formed around this time. Meanwhile the Kingdom of Arcadia which was now a great power in all of Mobius with a population of 2 million people, had became a constitutional monarchy thus giving more power to the people. However the Prower-Rose[2] royal family never was abolished and still rules today in the kingdom.
1300-1381 AT - The First Great Death[3] resulted in the death of 5.1 million Mobians due to the lack of proper medicine and hygiene resulting in the spread of the disease known as the "Great Death". Many kingdoms believed that the gods were angry at the Mobian race due to their great mistakes through history.
1420-1450 AT - The Second Great Death brought a death toll of 2.2 million across the continent of Mobius. This brought forth to the development of better medicine.
1480 AT-1630 AT - The Age of Knowledge[4] in which all the nations of the continent began to study the stars and planets, math, invent new things, and great literature.
2450 AT - Skip forward to modern day, the nations of Mobius finally agreed to create an economic union called the Mobian Union[5].
By now Eren the First Mobian would be very proud of his children for what they done.

[1] - Warring States Period is literally based on the Warring States Period in China during ancient times in our history. Basically it pretty much very similar to the one we had in our history.
[2] - Prower-Rose royal family was created when King Miles "Tails" Prower did the unthinkable in which he married his childhood friend Amy Rose who came from the well known hammer-making family that was known across Arcadia. Due to Miles "Tails" Prower marrying a commoner and marrying someone out of simply love it brought many controversy across the kingdom at the time. However with the threat of the Chun-nanites it allowed the nation of Arcadia to liberate the nations that were enslaved by the Chun-nan Empire. To this day the Prower-Rose family is still the main royal family of the Constitutional Monarchy of Arcadia.
[3] - The First and Second Great Death are literally based on the Black Death that killed millions in Europe and Asia during the Middle Ages.
[4] - The Age of Knowledge is basically the Renaissance period of this world.
[5] - Mobian Union is basically the European Union of this world.

I can see the mix of Russian and Continental European history reacting with the other mix of Chinese and Mongolian history? Also I believe it was not the scene of the whole world?

do a Greater Switzerland/lesser Italy and put it in the same map as Greater UK
I am guessing this ties into the Swiss Guard diong quuuuuite well guarding the Pope and his interests. Every city state gets to be a canton.
Greater Switzerland with a map of the Cantons would be amazing.
Gotta love an independent Geneva. I love what you have done with Piedmont, how you kept so many of the states in Swabia and Allemania rather than consolidate them, etc.Here's one I did earlier.

Bear in mind it is 1638- there's actually less states there than IOTL due to the Swiss absorbing Further Austria and gaining a couple more Free Cities as associates.
I might do a sort of '150 years further on' map at some point.

I had not, until this moment, realised that it was possible to want to marry a map.
No worries, I recall the mediatizations hadn't really kicked in yet. Just would have been easier for a person to focus on the Swiss and not to on all their neighbors as well. Speaking of which, did you use a base map for all the borders? And I love the idea of a sequel. When Venice starts declining in influence, I can see them perhaps trying to jump on the Swiss train, so as to at least be the main provider of goods to Milan and the large Alpine confederation.
